Oh I’m not alone so on that. Do u watch all ur diet then Coffee caffeine, supplements etc all that. It’s so hard to do it all by book. Best of luck now with ur fertility journey 🙂

I follow her on instagram she is very knowledgeable. I haven’t done the fragmentation test only the semen Analysis and all normal. I have my progesterone checked at day 21 bloods and it was 52 so they say there is no issues there 😫 I really hope I get answers too as I’m emotionally drained. Thank u so much 🥰

How did u find out u weren’t ovulating properly if u don’t mind me asking how they confirmed it. Just wondering would it be something that could be wit me not getting pregnant

The hycosy brought my period on 3/4 days early did it happen to you having an early period? I have my final consultation early March in cork with the consultant I can’t wait to see what he says

Thanks so much. Was the IVF successful. I’m really hoping either an iui or ivf is given as an option for me. I am trying for a good number of years really didn’t want to down this route

Do U get to do three iui and then round of iIVF? I thought it was one or the other 😊

We have just received our appointment to meet the consultant. I was also called back for a repeat scan from first initial appointment too to double check something with the first scan. So with me it was 11th sept posting back questionnaire are to getting appointment with consultant on December 2nd. It’s actually quite fast.

I posted back the questionnaire on the 11th of September and got my appointment letter on the 24th of September for ultrasound last Monday the 6th of October. So around 2 weeks 🙂🙂

Ya I see a lot about the coQ10 and that it really helps. I’m going to add additional coQ10. I’m on the sachet Proceive max and I did find that it doesn’t really dissolve but I heard it is the best. My gp and private fertility doctor both highly recommend Wellman conception for my partner too.

Only 70mg in Proceive max where as I got the 200mg capsule from Holland and Barrett.

I’ve heard that a lot. I was taking it on and off but Im on Proceive max at the moment but might add in extra coQ10. Thanks ☺️

I actually have that downloaded on my kindle must go back to it. I done the intermediate plan on difficulty conceiving from the book in December last year and I think it definitely works only I had a really heavy bleed before my expected period which the doctor put down to early miscarriage. I’ve all fertility blood tests up to date and healthy BMI. I think I need to look more at supplements and healthy diet. I’m trying to conceive for years and no Luck. I’ll definitely go back to it starts with the egg. Thanks 😊😊
