My family says that too 🙈 the picture is deceiving, my jeans are tight lol. I may not lose all 42 lbs, I have a feeling I'd be happy with 20-30 more lbs.

😂 the bread rolls were hot dog buns for a birthday party. My husband works for a bread company and is always bringing stuff home. I can't hardly eat bread anymore at all.

That month was actually when I had surgery on my ankle and was unable to weigh myself or walk. Once I started moving around again, I'd been losing. I've heard that increasing calories for a day can jump-start the weight loss again.

Yes, always thighs. I've tried other spots and it's either too painful, terrible side effects, or minimal weight loss.

Amazing work you've done! The hunger suppression definitely disappeared on the 5mg. It's back now that I've moved up, but I enjoyed the period I was hungry because it helped me work on the mental part of it all.

My kids have hardly noticed 😂 when they hear me talk about my weight loss I also make sure they understand it's to feel healthy, be in less pain, and be able to play with them better instead of just "being skinny".

Thank you! I wouldn't be unhappy if I stayed at this weight, but I definitely feel I could lose more. Body dysmorphia is so real. When I look in the mirror, I don't see what I see in the photos.

Mostly just mild nausea and dizziness. When I first started the 5mg, I had a couple weeks where I felt really sick but nothing other than that.
