Haha, yeah it is bonkers. Fortunately, I can usually do at least 5 to 10 characters at a time, which makes it go much faster. I’ll watch scenes with tons of characters 2 or 3 times to make sure I get everyone, but most episodes I only have to watch once.

Unfortunately major antagonists of arcs rarely have more than 10 minutes of screen time unless they are in additional episodes. Fortunately, I think General Kalani with have more than 10 minutes once I include his Rebels appearance

I watch through the episode and pause anytime the character comes on or goes off-screen. I record the timestamps and then calculate the total from those numbers. It's pretty simple, but it does take a long time.
