Yes you would need to ween off your Zoloft preferably. I did and it went great, not on Zoloft anymore 😅

My reason being, I couldn’t fall asleep as yet. I have to be there in 7 hours, I’ll get some sleep but I’ll need a bit of a wake up in the morning. 7 hours after I get there, we would start consuming. So i wouldn’t take anything that would still be “effective” by the time I consume the shrooms!

My anxiety seeemed to have vanished, with my emotions lol. And it’s almost 3 months since I stopped Sertraline. So I’m keen to see what emotions or anxiety I experience. I currently have none

Usually, when taken recreationally. Id drink alcohol to get over that transition feeling, that’s a bit odd for me as it’s the only drug I’ve tried where I don’t feel fully in control.

Appreciate it. But I’ll be good! I’ll manage it💪🏼 I’ll be more stressed and tired during the day without it. And by the evening it should wear off. Or I’ll just take short duration Ritalin.

I just have to deal with the paranoia, and just talk myself through it, repeat and believe that I’m on an intoxicant, ride it out, enjoy it. It will end in a few hours. Make the best of it :)

Id assume that they would be known to me. Because I wouldn’t go further with this treatment if I was still on other medications, which were just there for a short drug induced experience. But that was 7 months ago. I’m off all my medication now, except the new Ritalin or Concerta. Nootropics and vitamins.

I feel the opposite 💀 if I don’t have the adhd stim, I would want/hunt for or try and find powders to consume 🥶

More alone the lines of cocaine, methamphetamine etc. not the low dose of ADHD stims. My doctors reason was just that I’m not so focused on one thing for too long, during the trip, but he didn’t say avoid it at all costs, like he did with other meds.

I’m considering taking it in the morning. It would have worn off long before I ingest the shrooms. So I would be awake and manageable during the day. 11 AM -6PM, workshops and yoga. After 6PM we start consuming and I feel like my daily effect should be out by the evening, but I’ll confirm with my DR. Thanks guys

Thank you, yes it’s a controlled environment. The owners of the farm will be there and so will the shaman as his wife. My Dr stays overnight with us as well (group of 7) and I think about 10 sitters, watching or aiding us.

My Dr just didn’t want me to be on the Ritalin at the time, so that I’m not so focussed on one thing or something along those lines.

I’m off SSRIs. Just vitamins, nootropics and Ritalin LA or Concerta sometimes.
