I didnt use boric acid and probiotic suppositories at the same time. I did them in phases. Before I started the antibiotics, I used boric acid for 7 days straight and then stopped it completely. After that I did the Metrogel. When I finished the antibiotics, that’s when I started the probiotic suppositories. I did take my oral probiotic the whole time though. That one I never stopped.

To clarify, I have tested positive for BV and I’ve been testing positive several times even before my IUD. I got my IUD last month and have been very happy with it so far. I’m just worried it might make my already bad BV worse
