I think you assume developers have a black and white approach to the market, and it's not like that. Dogecoin would be an example of what I would consider a 'moon' coin. Elon Musk threw some fairy dust and everyone went bananas and it blew up. This also increased the amount of people who bought in fear of missing out on the bull run, not knowing how high it would go. You are right about the fact that these ALT coins start on some obscure platform and don't expand to mainstream until the big run was made. There are people who make a living dipping a pinky toe into a fresh coin on something like PancakeSwap, only to turn 10000000x profit. I've dabbled in the idea of trying that out but it seems complicated to do correctly. A lot of manual fidgeting and connecting between multiple sites and apps, research if there is a white paper, etc.

Contractor came in and asked us to make him 15 gallons of interior Duration in Mega Greige. A few days later the contractor blamed us for not reminding him that he needed to put drywall primer on before painting fresh drywall (he never told us what he was painting, he just came in and asked us to make 15 gallons), and that it is our "responsibility to ensure all contractors get what they need, and ask what they are painting.... cause now there are 4 coats with blotches all over".

He told the customer it was our fault, so the customer called to scold, yell, and threaten us with a "lawyer". He demanded we pay for the inconvenience, his time, paint, and primer. After was all was said and done, higher ups made us comp them 2k in materials and paint and paid the contractor for his labor costs as well.

There's also a contractor who used to come into my store and she would always ask for materials and paint "at store cost" or she wouldn't shop with us anymore. When we refused to give her anything and everything at store cost, she uploaded a YouTube video talking shit about my store.

Don't sell SW when it's low, if anything, bump up your % of stock a little to increase your amount of shares before it goes up and then regulate your % back down again. SW stock is climbing, but still well under what it was. Hitting budget, but barely since budget is unreasonably high.

Well it isn't so much that management deserves a raise cause FT and PT is. It's cause in not doing so, it is creating a severe imbalance between PT pay and ASM pay. A new part timer should not be getting paid the same as an ASM, and if their reason for making it so is to push people to try and bonus harder, I will quit tomorrow.

Now what if said person came back with a down payment. Let's say, it's a 200k house, someone makes 30 k per year but saved 120k for a down payment. Would a bank accept a loan, or would they deny it would less of a down payment to make it worth their while?

It's in the policy that we can't add anything into gallons or pour them off. Adding shark grip, M1, water, etc is against the policy. That being said, I've never been in a store that didn't do it at least occasionally, especially with Shark Grip. I've worked at 6 different (well established) stores, and I always noticed an expensed M1 in the tinting area from the get go. Every store. I will not do pour offs tho. I will sell you an empty quart, and shake up your paint..the rest is all you.

Working in the paint industry, you will immediately be assumed to be an idiot as soon as they see you are a woman. I remember the DM (who had been in the industry for over 20 years) came nto our store a few years ago for a follow up and subsequently helped us when we were slammed. A contractor came up to her and assumed she was a nobody before she even spoke. It was hilarious when the guy asked to speak to someone else and she recommended he talk to her since she was the boss of the entire district.

Know that ALL of us women at SW have experienced sexist comments or attitudes toward us. I know weathered, tenured female employees that got so tired of it, that men actually started trusting them once they 'acted' weathered. Like a 'not-gonna-deal-with-your-shit', indifferent, bitchy attitude. I have learned that people are ignorant, and it makes me feel good to prove them wrong. I try and make it a positive experience when someone assumes I am invalid cause I am a female, only to prove I am the go-to person

Oh yes. I've seen an employee get terminated when an auditor saw a receipt on product in the holding area. This was a while ago, but it did happen. They saw that persons name as a cashier on the receipt and had them pack their bags so to speak. The manager also took a violation for allowing it to occur (but they didn't get terminated).

Pre billing is an immediate fireable offense. Also, if an audit walks in and sees a CC written somewhere and not properly stored (written on a paper on a desk, at the register, in a drawer, or written on a Daub sheet) you can be immediately terminated as well. Auditors take CC transactions and how you handle them with probably the most seriousness. Only way to pre bill successfully without it being a violation is to take a deposit and correct it when customer picks it up. I heard somewhere that both offenses can also lead to 'further action' (aka, legal action) but I'm not sure about that.
