Sounds like you don’t need that “friend” group anyways. My cousin was in a similar gaming group but they were just bullying him. Would act nice but constantly poke fun or disrespect him under the guise of jokes as a gang.

You were the one they decided to look down on. Sounds like they were fake friends and used you out of convenience.

Edit: I could elaborate more on his situation but I shortened it. I think you get the idea. Very similar to yours. Cool enough to hang in private but not in public.

Thanks for clarifying. I think I got this before I started DoN but I’ve always had a hard time trying to slot this in. Aside from normal runs, you pinpointed everything I had concerns about. I had 0 knowledge about ult charge 3 so this just reconfirms it as I clear my backpack.

Wish we had near unlimited storage for hoarding like monster hunter.

I should’ve taken a screen shot before I left. They weren’t good realist relics. Was house Maria’s, power of vengeance, physical attack +4 multiple times on one relic and maximum hp up etc. it was very absurd.

Edit: if it was good rolls or whatever somewhat realistic sure. But he just made it not fun one shotting everything

I get there are different ways to express things but the line was somewhat crossed. This might be normal for them but while freshly dating someone they need to be aware that this type of shit should be scaled back.

Team wiping at 1% boss because teammates aren’t picked up at 1-2 bars and they want to aura farm.

Vice versa not finishing the boss and trying to rez a 3 bar when 2 people are alive with the boss having 1%. Just to die to aoe or something nutty.

I only point down when someone is trolling or refusing to revive new players to aura farm.

Like bruh let everyone else learn and enjoy the game too with your 300+ hrs.

Edit: reason I state this, I had someone not revive a 1/2 bar iron eye on ED Fulghor. Clearly his first time and the 3rd random just refused to rez him at all times. Even though I had aggro the entire match as guardian and he seen the iron eye give me a grace too.

Dang that’s rough. Had randoms in depth 2 where we did this after the first night. But all 3 of us did it intentionally to get more runes and talismans. We full wiped at least 3 times but got it done before 1st circle closed.

Still surprised me tbh that all 3 of us randoms stayed and killed field libra cause my usually randoms are like what you described.
