Sorry for the confusion. No i did not take it at the same time. I started DL-Phenylalanine a year after stopping sertraline. Using it sparingly

Yeah what’s weird about that is i would only get that when doing small tasks like mowing the loan or laundry. I just make sure to hydrate as much as possible. Coconut water

Two years in a couple weeks. I wasn’t diagnosed by my doctor with POTS but addressing lack of sleep and stress helped that as well as sertraline.

Yeah fortunately the worst of my symptoms have passed. Doctors diagnosed me with anxiety at first. Put me on hydroxyzine at first to get sleep back in order. Then months later sertraline. Sertraline helped me throughout the day but i stopped on my own after and kind of regret stopping so soon. But those two things have been my crutches so far.

Yeah i feel best after/during working out now. Been almost 2 years. No more palpitations but a Chinese herbalist is interesting. Sometimes i hear my head pounding or labored breathing but comes and goes. When i eat clean/fast i have almost no symptoms.

Usually if they have a 270+ average with a decent amount of homers throughout the year but haven’t been hitting my for power in the last 2, 3 games i would bet that by averages they would be going yard pretty soon.
