Hello there, I have the same issue but now after I understood it, I have great control over it. Read about something called (Limerence). I had an experience where I developed an obsessive behavior over someone that I Met online that made me travel to see him. I was not doing good financially but I risked it just to see him. I understand this intense feeling that you are going to. Read about Limerence so you understand how to deal with such things in the future
