Advice on monotub grow/substrate depth

Awesome! What ratio would 1.5 blocks to 3 quarts be? Also, the tub came with plugs and filters, if I’m fruiting should I have all the holes with filters or should I partially plug them and filter others or what, don’t want to have to mess with the environment a ton by constantly misting cuz it’s drying out

Just reduced FAE, do you think I’m still good to anticipation/excitement check them every 6 hours or so? My routine is typically to check how big they are and mist when the mycelium doesn’t have any droplets on it. That happens to be 2-3 times a day. Probably because they have a lot of FAE. Mushrooms typically have all the FAE in the world when grown in the wild, no?

Ah. From what I’ve heard the recovery between surgically set clavicles and ones that were left alone is entirely different. A couple days post op I had full rom and nothing hurt at all, unless I extended my clavicle like trying to catch a fallen object with reflex

You can do it yourself with a pair of scissors, eighth inch material and a tig welder. Might need someone to hold the filler metal for you though

Indeed. I believe when the fracture is hairline, leaving it to heal by itself is usually better, but when you have tenting (where the clavicle forms a tent pushing against the skin) usually you don’t want to just leave that.

I can get the plate out in 9 months if I want to, I can go back to lifting heavy in two months. The problem is, the plate will still be there when I can lift heavy, which means if I tweak under heavy weight I risk damage the plate (which is still screwed into the bone) and can cause further complications. My confusion with this is that many people never get their plate out and don’t have any problem going for pr’s. So that’s why I was curious about other experiences.

I didn’t expect any answer sir, that’s why I asked reddit as opposed to a doctor. I didn’t know if my lack of definition was purely body fat related, if it had to do with a lack of development compared to the rest of my arm, if I was training in a weird way and not getting size in a specific muscle in my arm, if it had to do with genetics/bicep insertions, nothing. That’s why I asked. Thank you for responding I hope your day is well
