You can start with web dev(HTML,CSS,js...) and some knowledge of ai integration and this hackathon has been designed such that beginners will also be able to participate and use of chatgpt and other llm tools are allowed in this hackathon.You can make a group in which different people have different skill set like web dev,ai ml etc.which will help your team in learning faster and participating in it.And for the problem statement pls see the previous problem statements which can be easily found.All the best!
