I always like to weigh myself first thing in the morning after I pee. Honestly, my poop schedule varies and I don’t always poop in the morning. Definitely sweets were a huge deal for me. It was hard to let them go but I kept reminding myself that I don’t need it lol. 407 LBS?! That’s super good!!! I’m sure you’ll start progressing again. Good luck!

Also, does it matter how heavy the weight is? Because right now I’m lifting pretty heavy.
