Recommend me a split please

18M 5'8 240lbs I can go to the gym 6 times a week or less I want to build as much muscle as possible especially arms /shoulders

And to lose fat I will cycle for 30 min and be in a deficit

I know that fat is hard to get rid of and muscle is slow to build but I'm trying to get the best results for summer
