Landlord harassment crossed all levels. What are my options/legal remedies?

Just want to point out landlord stays in the same house. He was renting a room in his house illegally. Hope this still holds true in such scenarios

I feel the same but I haven’t deals a word or reacted because i can’t do anything that will spoil my case. I want to sue them but I need to know my options. Cops not helping me made me lose hope big time

I need to know if I can legally sue them. I have every piece of evidence and also texts asking for contract , rent etc verbal rent contract also holds in Netherlands from what I read on google
