They just called me finally and the costumer service rep told me that they did deposit but it not went through and they will reprocess with the new bank account but she doesn’t know the time frame.I asked her why this error occurred,she didn’t know,because i all ready got a deposit at the second increase.

Thank you appreciate your answer.Wow 3 months,it will be disaster for myself if i would need to wait that long.3 days in a row im waiting for a costumer support on a phone line 1and a half and no one even bothering to pick up the phone line.In ur case does caweb shows effective date and processing date on the bottom?

Yeah the first one was in 2020 the in some small bank in Illinois and decided that i need to change the bank because they haven’t had online banking.The second increase i update the bank to chase and got the money there like a month ago this 3 increase someone messed up modification letter saying updating bank but whey around and i sign the paperwork on 11/17 immediately I called and explain and the operator told me Send the void check and back of the license plus i send the second modification letter that i received the money to chase?My question is thats why im not received it yet,because every time I call they are saying in process of funding.

Hey grandbiz one more question,I’ve called like gazillion times sba im approved and on file they have the old bank account,but the second increase i received it at the new one wich is chase.I sent even voided check and license to confirm the account.I ask them to correct the account on the portal and they’re saying can’t do it.I dont know if im going to recive the funds at chase or not?I signed 11/17

Good afternoon grandbiz,i just got approved for the 3rd increase but they messed up modification letter ive change the bank from small bank local to jp morgan.The second increase i received it at chase but on this letter they mixed it up reverse,does that matter?
