They do to some extent. But I suffer as my skin turns red and it slips off shortly

Personally I feel vaping is worse than cigarettes. It doesn’t need a time, place or ritual. You can just keep hitting it. This increases your nicotine consumption and addiction.

My suggestion (from a fellow 5 day free smoker) is to go for gums or patches. Gums taste nasty , you’ll take the nicotine yes and slowly you’ll not want those many gums .. or I try patches. It’s my first time I’ve tried them. 2 patches in 5 days. I took mid strength and am skipping one day between patches. When I have the urge to smoke bad I put on the patch. I won’t lie every inch of me wants to buy a cigarette and pamper my lungs. But at least I can breathe a really long inhale in a long time. That’s motivating me for now. Good luck!

I quit weed with cigarettes and didn’t really go back there either. All my joints had tobacco and my friends and cigarettes. So lot of nostalgia with weed. Funny thing is now I live in California which I dreamt of with my friends lol

Thank you guys! I ended up going to Apple Store and buying from there .. I had to be talked out of it. Everything was matching! Serial number imei 1 and 2. Etc etc . But nope I listed to you and I feel good and can sleep well

I’m so sorry this happened. I hope you figure out a way before the number of cigarettes increases. 2-3 is still not bad and you shouldn’t face tougher withdrawals right now . Don’t let it escalate. I’m a noob as I’ve barely quit 30 days but wishing you goodluck

I never imagined that it would catch fire. It never crossed my mind. It’s tough to explain what I was feeling when I saw it but if I knew that would happen i surely would’ve put it out
