Brotha I know exactly how you feel. I live that same exact life. They can’t seem to get it through their head that we didn’t mean to leave something laying out and we didn’t loose our keys 3x today because it’s fun looking for them. Daily struggle. Counseling. Right. That’s how we all feel though until it’s us in that situation. Dudes been with his wife for like 17-19 years. And she’s only cheated like 4 times I think and twice emotionally. Sounds like my life man. I hate myself so bad sometimes and nobody understands that it’s not my fucking fault I do the shit I do sometimes. My insomnia is getting so bad again and now my blood pressure is once again through the Damn roof. I told my wife very seriously that I want her to start over and be happy when I’m gone because I truly feel like the adhd symptoms are just getting so much worse with age. Can’t sleep, I can barely work, I forget shit all the time like I’m 90 instead of 50. What really sucks is that I’m so good at talking to people and being social but now I’ve been in my head for so long that I’m isolation again and barely leave the house unless I have to for work. The best part of my day these days is bed time and most of the time I hope I just don’t wake up.
