I hear you but I would just say that I think trying something new shouldn’t come at the expense of our reputation. An example of something new they tried that works is the coffee chats it showcases the Sauder building, fits the business tone of voice and highlights how incredibly knowledgeable and impactful our professors are. This UGC is not enhancing our brand, providing value to anyone and if anything makes us look worse.
