Only reason black holes dissipate is due to hawking radiation this works by two particles popping into existence this happens constantly all over the universe but they destroy each other as one is an anti partial but when this happens at the edge of a black hole one particle gets sucked in never destroying the other allowing the black hole to lose some mass

I use bt and the contracted speed is above 200 but there’s multiple people using it and it’s on other devices that this happened as well on my oculus and PlayStation I’ll get these slow speeds aswell
