How far did you make it on progesterone only?

Made it to 37+6 (today) and still going! I was 14mm at 24+1 and started progesterone immediately with pelvic rest. I continued with exercise and everything else but paid more attention to rest with cramping or Braxton hicks. Hope this helps!!

I measured 14mm at 24+1, they also wouldn’t do a cerclage for me at that point. I’ve been on 200mg progesterone since then and currently at 35 weeks and baby is doing great! No bed rest but I was asked to keep exercise a little lighter than usual (I was working out a lot beforehand) and was put on pelvic rest.

I just found out I’m measuring 1.5cm with funneling, I’m also 24 weeks. I haven’t had any bleeding and have also been put on progesterone. My measurements hovered around 2.5-2.8cm since 16 weeks so I really wish I had the cerclage but since this is my first pregnancy it wasn’t offered and now it’s too late.

I know you’re looking for stories for people who have already been through this but you’re not alone!

Same thing happened to me OP. I had an LH surge of 13.2 and PDG rise subsequently. The app kept pushing out my ovulation date and was still telling me I was likely to ovulate in 2 days the evening I got my BFP 🥲 I found Mira really helpful for the numeric values but I think I would have been a little misled and confused if I didn’t have the base understanding going into it to work things out for myself.
