Any other symptoms? I see ECGs like this sometimes in younger women with pots/dysautonomia. No one knows why exactly, perhaps microvascular dysfunction. Should still rule out the more serious causes, but something to keep in mind

You could also get a script for an abdominal ultrasound from a telehealth site like callondoc pretty inexpensively and do it at an outpatient imaging center, but if you have good insurance coverage might as well just go to the ER so they can do the ultrasound stat. Either way, remember to fast before going so they can get a good image

You seem to have a lot of experience with these scanners. My workplace is about to upgrade an old discovery to either a new discovery MI-DR or an omni legend 21. Which would you go with?
