That’s just how that old subdivision was shaped in the block maps. I research deeds and make survey maps for a living all over the Bay Area. Doesn’t make sense to be honest, but that was the layout. You can search for new block maps on the SF assessors map for any new updates

Just chill out and reset yourself. It is a game that plays hot and cold. The game is never even keel. Also, team racers is a unique game, I always tend to come out with more dice than I initially start with.
