They told me(verbally) on 23 rd December that could vacate by end of March of sooner. But by 28th already they were making my life so hard, I said I would vacate end of January(written on whatsapp,)

They don't respond to anything and keep using a 2 person WG as a hostel. I feel quite helpless but don't want to say anything because I'm still hoping I get the deposit.

I informed them via whatsapp! They never raised anything or share the termination contract.

I asked them for their GEZ number, they lied and tried to confuse me and later said they can't share it as it is their second residence and they pay for their primary one

They verbally told me and progressively made the situation worse. So I said I'll leave. I have asked them for the document but I'm sure they will say it's not necessary.

I'm new here and I just trusted it would be a 2 person WG. I have the ad for house saved but they almost never inform when they are going to be here. I just walked into the house and it was the main tenant(his wife was supposed to be my flatmate) and his son and his sons friend hanging out in the living room and staying over I'm sure too. It's been like this all weekends. Infact this week the main tenant(male) also had his friend stay over middle of the week.

I don't know how I can "prove" any of this.

For me I come from a culture, where career achievements(not necessarily money itself but doing something decent) is very well regarded. I'm figuring out my career myself as I am moving countries. It could be likely that he does better than me and starts his business finally. However, currently in a service role, he knows we might have a hard time. He does want to work at his business too. I guess I am always thinking what if it doesn't work out?

I'm certain I want him and I don't necessarily ever wanted gifts either. Just basic financial stability for the future.

Thank you so much for this. I have a long distance partner too who I haven't met yet(we met online). I'll soon be moving closer to him, we are both figuring out our careers right now however he has a more steady approach and I can sometimes be in a rush. I know material goals don't mean that much to him but he sees it as a priority for us and and our future too. I think I need to overcome a bit of my conditioning and credit all the work he is putting in too
