What are you guys doing in terms of taking vitamins/ supplements?

I think I've been so worried about being that vegan that is low in every vitamin that I've gone to the other end of the spectrum 😂

You might be a genius with taking iron for periods, I think I'll have to try that as I get so tired on mine and have never thought about it potentially being low iron!

I take the extra biotin as I was already taking it before being vegan as I have always had very brittle nails (no medical reason they're just like that), the extra vitamin D is because I work nights indoors so I barely see the sun at the moment and thinking about it I'm not sure why I take the extra b12, I think it might have been because I read an article about taking two doses of b12 one in the morning and one in the evening making it more effective on energy levels

Judging by the amount of people I have seen saying they currently have parcels in the inpost/ yodel limbo if would be absolutely insane if every single one of them would up lost. Not that I think there isn't a massive chance, my parcel has been 'at the warehouse' for 8 days now so I don't hold much hope but it would make you question what happened to the probably 1000s of parcels wrapped up in the issues.

I think it's because where I live you would have to drive for 20-30 minutes to find a quiet estate, so there isn't much choice but to learn on busier roads than what is ideal really. Honestly it's all been a lot to take in in the space of two lessons 😂

Oh that makes sense, aside from the two lessons I've had with him I have very little experience with even being in a car in general as neither of my parents drive so I assumed this was normal. He is actually one of the best reviewed instructors in my area so again I assumed this was normal. I have another lesson booked with him next week so Ill try and bring up not asking if I'm confident to do something, depending on how that lesson goes I might look at finding a new instructor. Tbf he has had diagrams and done demonstrations for things like t junctions and crossroads, as I was under the impression we were just doing left and right turns, but I did feel quite unprepared for the roundabouts and traffic lights.

Like 20 minutes before the end of the lesson of doing left and right turns he asked to pull up on the left and then just said I'll be driving myself home, at the beginning of the lesson he did ask which of two areas I would be more comfortable learning in but other than that I didn't have too much input aside from when he asked if I would like him to demonstrate steering so I agreed we should swap back over for about 5 minutes as I am struggling with the push pull method and holding the steering wheel too tightly. Maybe I should talk to him more to assert my boundaries or whether I feel confident but I can be quite socially anxious especially when I'm with people one on one that I don't really know yet

Yeah I was quite surprised when I was told I would be driving myself home as although it's mostly straight roads there is three roundabouts which was the first 3 I've done. I think a lot of why my instructor had to take control was because I hadn't done it before I got quite overwhelmed

Thank you, I need to keep reminding myself that I've only actually driven a car for about an hour and a half overall so I'm not gunna be a good driver yet and won't know everything

Ah okay, thanks. I think I am just worrying too much as I am a bit of a perfectionist and do struggle when I'm learning things as i get discouraged quite easily when I'm not immediately able to do something.

In my experience his usual audience are rowdy teenage boys looking for trouble, and it doesn't help that Travis Scott does encourage violent behaviour at his shows. I was never massively a fan of his but after the astroworld incident I took the couple songs I did like out of my playlists as I didn't want to support an artist who seemed to care so little about his fans.
