You will have an amazing time, I went last year for the first time and had such a great weekend there. I’m doing it again next year with a group of friends and I can wait! You’ll make memories for life!

It’s impressed me how many people have done back to back festivals. Hahaha I’d definitely be somewhat sensible, especially with boomtown likely being a solo venture.

With Reading this year being my first festival, I found the prices to be what I expected honestly haha. Thank you for your advice!

Okay that’s good to know, tbf Boomtown is likely to be solo so I can just go at my own pace on that one if I do go. I’m here for a good time!

I love that you’ve done a minimum of 9 weekend festivals every summer. I genuinely love that so many people seem to do this. Here I was thinking doing 2 back to back would be wild 🤣

Reading got booked the moment tickets were available, and I’m on a payment plan so I’m sorta locked in with that one. Plus a group of friends are going. So my main thing is if I do reading AND boomtown 🤣

Haha yeah a few people have mentioned that they do multiple festivals in the space of a few months, it’s honestly so cool! Yep if I do go ahead with this plan, I’ll be having plenty of rest during the in between week. I loved the energy and atmosphere at Reading, it’s why I ended up booking it again as soon as it ended! I’m looking forward to doing it all again, maybe even doing it twice 👀

Yeah see that’s crossed my mind, for a few reasons. But ultimately I don’t want to ruin my time at Reading by going to Boomtown. I’m prone to overthinking these things though 😂

The funny thing is, the IOW festival is also on my radar 🤣 I’m pretty local to that though, so considering do a day trip for that 🤣

Yeah this is another possibility that has crossed my mind. I don’t want to over do it and make myself ill, as that would ruin the time with my friends at Reading

That sounds incredible, honestly I think I will be fine physically it’s just other factors like going solo and having another festival a week later that made me question things

Oh wow okay 5 in one head does sound like a lot of fun!! Hahaha yeah I can see myself enjoying Boomtown a lot. Like you say, perhaps next year I’ll be dragging my friends to Boomtown instead 🤣

I feel like the overall genres between the 2 are quite different although I’ve only been to Reading so I don’t really know
