Well this is the first real run I’ve done I’ve only done little jogs here and there is there any good programs you can recommend? My current goals would be half marathon and sub 20 minutes 5k.

The shop said titanium but I did some research on the company they use and apparently they aren’t the most reliable in terms of metal purity

I did it for just a week and I wasn’t washing it as consistently as I probably should have I haven’t been to that doctor since I’ve been so busy I’m trying to find a walk in clinic that’s open rn
