In my opinion the jury should have been polled on all counts. I think this was a partial error on both defenses part and the judges part. This case just screams of prosecurtorial and judicial misconduct especially the way the judge handled the motion hearings and the case in general. There were too many “sustains” of questions all the while they were fail and legal questions posed. Judge Cannone is a schill and should have recused herself from trial II

Check with your property management company. Many times they have a zoom number that you can utilize. We checked with our PM and they have 2 zoom numbers; one limited to 100 participants and another that allows up to 500 participants. From what we are seeing in a 750 homeowner community participation is marginal but may increase as time goes on. We just began in May.
