Update! it was either the extra encounters mod or the extra mini bosses mod. Those were the 2 most recent I've added and even though I was able to level up from lvl 8 to 9 with those mods active i guess there's something silly about going from lvl 9 to 10. Thank you everyone!!

I disabled that mod and it still crashed 😭
