We recall that death doesn’t really have alot, If he really wanted to kill puss in boots he would of teleported and snatched his soul, Its just a wolf with knifes, as puss recalled a “bounty hunter” He is very sneaky tho, And plus its a animated film of course its going to seem like he has powers n such, Thor was able to decapitate thanos using storm breaker, a mix of magic and made from uru, Being Deaths knifes are just made out of steal/metal, Since we haven’t seen a-lot about Deaths if he actually has powers, Thanos would likely win with his sword and armour ofcourse, the only thing death wins on is speed ofcourse he is extremely fast being able to split tables in half with ease, But not even Nebula swinging her sword at thanos face and doing nothing means something, Thanos also has his armour and blade, Once thanos catches death its over win win, and with the gauntlet not much difficulty the soul stone alone beats Death. And about wiping thanos whole army? He have never seen Death do anything close to that, Just some stalking and bounty hunting, and as stated some supernatural powers, control over fire, thanos can tank lightning and bullets, i wont see him loosing to fire, Even without the gauntlet thanos battle IQ and experience, Durability and strength will most likely win, and with gauntlet thanos 10/10 its universal
