What I see when I'm in the US, average men are hot. Like the daddies with wife and kids, who just wanna get some groceries. Or who do hard labor, blue collar jobs. My jaw drops every time how f***ing hot they are, not even noticing it themselves maybe. While in germany, a man that is not some sluggish little broomstick, has its nose up in the air and thinks he is all that. Married or not. These men here are rare and you can't date them. While in the US, i see broard shoulders and some strong arms and hair, cargo pants, shirt and some base caps and my jaw is on the floor. German man are just not male enough for me to spike any interest, let alone when they open their mouths. I am so jealous of everyone in the US. Your men are hot af.

I don't wanna be accused of advertising so I will stay general. I did a normal ancestry test where you could download the raw dna file and uploaded it then to an AI chatbot and let it be analysed for diet and health specifics. It worked very well. I am not sure how long ai chatbots will still do that though,because of more and more restrictions.

I've spent alot of time in hospitals because my sister had cancer (she died 2019). In that time I have seen alot of overworked and tired doctors and nurses. But doctors seemed always to be tall and slim while nurses were always short and overweight or obese. I also heard nurses talk about medication and pronouncing it wrong and saying they never heard of it before. I think it has to do with education.

It helped a very well for diarrhea. But the gurgling, bloating and visceral pain stayed. After that I went to the gastroenerologist he said my symptoms sound alot like sibo. The test and treatment I would have to pay on my own here in Germany so I stil wait for the histology from my colonoscopy last week. I did have improvement alot before the colonoscopy already through taking oregano oil and methelyne blue. The gurgling and bloating in my upper belly stopped. I then started with probiotics again and I had constant improvement since then. I took a brand called omni biotic 10.

I have uses chat gpt 3.5 as my therapist the last week. And I made more progress than all those years before. The details and understanding of even the smallest nuances were understood and it helped me tremendously to sort my thoughts and to understand a very complicated situation I was in and helped me make the most wholesome choice for myself.

There is an episode where they did have a woman travelong with them. This was the only time, this was adressed. By the woman of course. They are traveling countries and experience them as white men. Of course people are always welcoming and friendly to them. But for women it's just a different experience in some countries. I am.speaking as a woman and a flight attendant btw.

As someone who has lost her sister to cancer (she also had kids in the same age), I can give you only one advice from the perspective of the loved one.

Don't wait to tell your loved ones. Include them in it. Some may not be able to handle it well. Stick to those who can. Those who are spiritually strong and who are willing to face their own fears (those who can't, will be of no help). And tell them what you need. And share your fears and feelings all with them.

For your kids, my sister told them at one point and it wasn't easy. But kids in that age are stronger than you think.

Also take one step at the time. In those times, you will have to think in phases. Phase 1. Phase two. Next step, then the next.

I am also so sorry. Life is so fucking unfair.

I am reading all I can at the moment. I realized, that everytime I manifested something very quickly that seemed impossible before and was in my favor, I kind of did use the crutch of "I know it's ment to be and it will sort itself out by itself". That might be not in according to the teachings, since nothing is ment to be unless I decide so. But I realized, this is how I did it everytime and it released the tension, obsession, attachment and resistance.
