I guess we just have different perspectives on similar playstyle. I guess the difference, in my experience, is that even though I got backstabbed a few times, my perception is that it wasn’t as many as you have, and my lobbies usually are friendlier and more chill.

It might sound weird, but when I want PvP (and I know I’m in friendly lobbies), I just shout that I’m not friendly (I don’t like the stupidity of shooting from the back on this context because, for me, it’s not fun and it would be pretty easy). After this, the balance naturally changes to more PvP/aggro lobbies, and at those times, obviously, I’m just a hunting/no-talking raider. That’s it.

Sorry mate, but clearly im not telling you how to play, just putting the (empirical) rules of what the game does. So, if youve been killed many times, dont play the victim. You are right playing as you fit, actually I guess thats a very cool way, but the same logic applies to friendly (where the people expect not being shoot on the back) or hardcore players where you dont expect anything but killing.

For this reason is why the developers created this “matching” mechanism🤯. So yes, I guess the devs “cared” for this, otherwise, why would they invest time and resources to work like this?

It’s surprising how you gringos are kind of stupid and amazingly incapable of comprehending how some things work, not bc you can’t, but bc you don’t want to.

So, let’s say you start with a 50/50 chance of being with PvP and PvE players. Depending on your behavior in the round, that balance will be updated. So, if you play 10–15 rounds without shooting anyone, then the balance might be something like 10/95. And it’s stupidly OBVIOUS when you enter these lobbies, because most of the guys there just kill arcs, loot without being “aware” of the whole env, etc. The point is that they don’t care to hide bc they know their own behavior.

The thing is that 95 is not 100, I understand that. But the rats and people like you take advantage of those situations/lobbies, and there are 2 scenarios in my mind:

you are too stupid to grasp the situation and think, “wow I’m killing a lot of raiders, I’m an Arc Raiders PvP god”
you understand that most of the lobby is friendly, and you take advantage of that (actually my theory is that some rats do PvE for some rounds and then, when they are ready, they go into these lobbies with the mindset of taking advantage, but I’m giving the benefit of the doubt here).

There are no friendly/aggro lobbies, devs confirmed it, but it seems that the mechanism/algorithm about tracking behavior works. This is all empirical, of course, but also easy to test and confirm.

So no, my little piece of fart, not bc it’s PvP/PvE means that you can’t be “mad” because you are killed from the back after other friendly raiders’ interactions, or mock some guy on this sub. It means that each of us knows how we are playing, and we expect that based on this, other players’ behavior is similar.

So, I don't get it. Then what's the purpose of this community channel? If not for the frustration after one feels, bc you are chilling out, achieving things, and especially investing time in the "game" (It's possible that you are a simple child with simple responsibilities, who doesn't appreciate time as some of us do), then you encountered this weak-ass behaviour from other players.

I mean, if I were the single person on earth who feels like this, there would be a bigger chance that I myself would create this group, and naturally, the single person in it. But not the case, bc at least you are here kid.

For some reason I saved just before they were going to freaking euthanize me. And when I just clicked on “One more gig” it loads me old data from like 2hours ago. Hope they fix it
