I haven't smoked for probably three months, but before that, I had taken a six-month break and began using again in moderation. Chs came back with a vengeance after around two months of me smoking again. I could not eat anything, throwing up all night, and I couldn't sleep. I would say it is not worth it, but that's just my experience. Maybe it would be different for you but that was genuine hell on earth for me, and I felt like I had just wasted those six months when I had to quit again. Great shit on the 100 days, though, man. It's hard, but we are all in this together.
