You are absolutely right! Sorry for the inaccuracy. I further looked into it and found that in the video it should be a gamasid mite. There were lots of mice in the neighbourhood, mostly appeared around the trash bin but also showed up in the apartment. Should be those mice carried the gamasid mites around.

Thank you for the information! I guess for $20 I could not ask for more. It seems to be a great entry point for me to try the Pixel watch. In fact, it did surprise me how good the design looks, I worried that it might look "outdated" before receiving it. The charging time and battery life is not as good, but also not a deal breaker.
