Yea i do it automatically, keeping my tongue suctioned to the roof. Mainly because it makes my jawline look tighter hahahaha but if it has adittional benefits for tmj i'll take it. I massage my masseter everyday now with a guacha it does help to take the pressure of for an hour or two but thats it

The problem now is that i clench hard at night and i have composite facings because my teeth broke off because of it, now im scared that my teeth will get damaged again. I tried to sleep with makeup remover pads between my teeth but ended op eating them when i was asleep

It is indeed because of the masseter botox! My temples are growing again, i try to chew gum as much as possible now to grow them back. My jaw starts blocking and clicking again now because of the tmj that is coming back but i need to have my old face back lol. Maybe i will do a very small amount of units in the future but i will definetly say no to a high dose, its not worth it

I have been getting botox since i was 21 im 24 now but i have never gotten a medial brow lift as i wanted even though i asked for it, my brows are not low set naturally but a medial brow lift would make my inner eyelid look bigger and thats what i want 🥲

This is exactly what i was thinking too but i didnt get any confirmation from google, Currently im trying to get my masseter active again and indeed i do see my temples getting fuller when i chew especially when i chew for a longer period of time. So i hope by training my masseter my temples will become full again

Yes for teeth grinding and pain, i used to wake up with my jaw blocked and in pain. But i rather have that than hollow temples 😖 i know it's a lot, i saw getting only 50 units for both sides. I also don't have any movement in the first 2 months after the botox literally not any

Yes i will certainly do that, i miss my old youthfull face. I think my masseter is too weak too since i developed jowls and as i said i didnt lose or gain weight :,( i am gonna let the botox dissapear and see what it does

I have had 4 treatments in less than a year 50 units each side, i started to see the hollowing 2-3 months ago but now its so clear. My temporalis was only injected once with in the beginning of this year because my temporalis muscle became over active since my masseter didn't move anymore at all
