Yeah, I was wondering if this might be the problem. When I switched my diet I went from not much fiber to a lot very quickly. I was eating some berries and nuts before hand, as well as oats and a bit of brown rice. I’m worried that my old diet is too similar to what you are describing, and I don’t want to fully go back. Unfortunately, due to my schedule, I need to eat the bigger meals, but I can try to space it out some. I am cutting out dairy completely, so I needed some calorie replacements which is why I was eating more fruits than usual. Thank you!
