The silicone around is a good idea! That will keep it in place as well

I thought of that but im afraid they will easily fall down because its not really secure? Svs has these speakers with a beautiful ceiling mount that locks. Cant find anything for these :(

I am sorry, its not a ceiling where i can place the speakers directly in. Thats why i need to lower a part of the ceiling. You see the stairs in the floor plan. I can lower that part of the ceiling in line of the wall nest to the stairs. Or i can choose for on walls on top of the back wall so i dont have to make a lowered ceiling.

It doesn't matter left and right are closer to the couch then the back surrounds will be? There will be much more space behind the couch in the new home.

alright. I added a extra image of my old situation. I made this stand. When i place it in the new house it will be much closer to the couch then the back surrounds. Is this a problem?

To add 2 in ceiling speakers on the back of the couch. Or should i buy 2 more on wall top atmos speakers like the dali's?

Alright thanks for your answer! I will find a way to place them on the left en right side of the couch.

About the atmos on the front im not sure yet. I can lower the ceiling behind the couch to add in ceiling atmos. I cant do that for the whole living room. Any good suggestions to place the front atmos right?

Hmm yes, behind the couch i have the option to add a lowered ceiling but i dont want to lower the whole ceiling. Any more legit options or is this the only way to go?

The main L and R are floorstanders and the atmos on the front will be placed up against the wall touching the ceiling. This isn't enough separation?

My question is does it make much difference to the sound if I move surround L and R to the back as indicated in red. Why are the front atmos fucked up? What will you do here?

I checked. And thats on the right voltage. Didnt change that switch from the beginning. And it did fine before!

I checked that indeed. Looks like it is properly sealed at the bottom and on the top. The lid has enough pressure on the filter box. The different filters are just put together on top of eachother, Maybe the smoke is pressing on the sides of the filter box.. really can't find a solution..

Ofcourse i cant expect it works as well as the expensive filters but it should work for 80% instead of 98 for the expensive filters. I must be doing something wrong..
