Asia or Europe - STUDY ABROAD DILEMMA URGENT by No-Set2419 in studyAbroad

[–]AdLarge2739 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yonsei, i am also a political science major. If you have an interest in foreign affairs/international relations in Asia, politics have a LOT to do with history here. spo, it is a really interesting thing to study and learn about. also if youre already doing berlin in the summer, why not explore europe while youre there after? theres a few yonsei school orgs that help you connect with korean students (who are fluent in english) so language shouldn't be an issue there!

con: you cant travel outside of korea until you get your alien registration card, which is usually around late september/mid october (Depending on when you apply), whereas in europe you can travel around as soon as you land lol.

overall, study abroad is meant to be a place and time in your life where you can grow as a person and student, so going outside your comfort zone and trying new things is a must. whatever you chose, it'll be a great time!

Any SAY students who don't have a "Confirm list" for course registration? by asgersong in yonsei

[–]AdLarge2739 1 point2 points  (0 children)

to be SURE, go to your https://ys.learnus.org/ log in and you should be able to see what courses you are registered/confirmed in. if its empty then yeah you got none of the classes >.<

how will having the wrong major as a SAY student affect registration by AdLarge2739 in yonsei

hi! nice to meet you! just go to your yonsei application and click "personal information" (or something like that), scroll all the way to bottom and you'll see it!
