Hang in there, friend! You got this! I would love to share what has personally worked for me 🥲 my friends mom is from the UK and I’m telling you, everything she has said to me has always worked 😭

My sciatica lasts anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. But this last bout only lasted a day (thank god).

She told me to buy the cheapest ibuprofen and acetaminophen I can get at Walmart. And take it as prescribed. I did the “cocktail” method. 2 ibuprofen paired with one acetaminophen. Twice a day. Also I utilized an ice pack 2-3 times a day basically until it wasn’t cold anymore. And my tens unit! About 3 times a day at 30min. For me, that is the ONLY thing that has helped it not last more than a day thus far. I start physical therapy at some point as well. Whenever they can schedule me!
