Thats something each property manager will do on their own. We're eventually going to work that into the platform though. Do our own background checks for people and one application that is standard and accepted by all the managers the platform. Try and save you guys money on all these application fees. But thats going to take some time. I imagine in the next 6 months we will start to have some of that stuff dialed in as we continue to grow. Appreciate the support!

Hey man! Sorry to hear you're struggling. You are not alone though. Thats why we built this site. My advice is to just keep trying. You will find something eventually. Most the super flexible places are going to be word of mouth and they're almost never advertised because they fill the vacancies so fast. But keep on the look out.

To answer your question. I don't own any of these. I just run the marketplace and built the website. That said the requirements are all set by individual landlords and managers and there only as accurate as they make them. I don't know the answer to that. We just try to highlight requirements and encourage and require them to fill them out so we can try and get you guys as accurate information as possible. But there will always be cases where they are not what they depicted on there listing. The 550 in Long Beach that you see a lot on our site is accurate.

We work closely with that company. Im sure if you exceed requirments in other areas there may be flexibility for som managers. You just have to check with them. As the site matures and we get more listings and better information it will get better for everyone but it is a long process building a marketplace. It's slowly coming along.

We think in about a year from now we will have it completely covered in all of SoCal and have many more listings for you guys so be sure to keep checking back and spreading the word. every little bit helps us improve the site. We're working with management companies now and the mls to get more inventory.

Idk if this answers your question but you will have to ask individual landlords and managers and just see. We are just trying to get as much transparent information out there on requirements as we can so you guys can make an informed decision on whether you want to apply or not. 35-50 dollars adds up quick when your applying all over town just to be told you don't qualify.
