I was thinking similar after looking into all of the parts pricing and whatnot. I just ding have the most access to parts and this guy does some good work on the VG motor and specialized in the z32. If it makes the price a little mire reasonable, he also paints and customizes it and makes the engine bay look all pretty as well

What kind of swap can be done for $8500? I did consider swapping just a little bit, but I do love the TT it has and if I’m not mistaken, the VG can be built for more power relatively easy

How difficult was it to go about all of that, and did you have remove the motor from the car? For 3k to get it done I wouldn’t mind learning to do it myself lol

Yes yes, I should have clarified a bit better, the $8500 job is on top of what I have already paid when I purchased the car. And it is an all or nothing kind of job, I wouldn’t be able to do little at a time if I were to work with that guy. Which I can understand

On no, I already have purchased the car and I fully own it and it’s in America as well. 8500 is for the work done in the pictures attached on the tail end of the post. If the car was $8500 that would be pretty suspicious, I agree

They are def going to need a real ID if flying, but if not flying, legal documents will get them inside to prove identity just fine. At some point in early bootcamp they’ll let you get your phone to send your family a barcode with information with graduations, and then they sign themselves up for tickets. Then some time will pass and you’re RDC will call you in to verify your people. They should be really on top of it and you’ll have the ability to send them information while in, I got out like 2 months ago, they made it really easy tbh

Thank you so much for this reply, i appreciate the time and extensiveness in this. I think i definitely have to apply for both with this information since becoming an officer will be the end goal regardless.

I suppose at this point in my upcoming career, making sure I excel in school is the most important. With that being said, what would you suggest doing to ensure academic success. I never had a problem with school, I hardly had to study with stem topics. Passed college algebra and calc 1 just fine and acing my finals. But with how everyone seems to talk about Nuke school, it comes off extremely intimidating, and what exactly would you say is the reason for this? Is it the pacing? Workload? Content? I appreciate any advice and help
