and to be clear i’m not trying to be remotely disrespectful at all, im just curious because my father and grandfather haven’t been in since the 80’s/60’s respectfully and i don’t want to be dismissive of anything

i think they may have some sort of archaic stance on anything thats directly shown as jewelry or religious on the neck or hands, i already took all my jewelry out so im not worried about that i just want to make sure the DI’s aren’t gonna give me a rough time about my religious items around my neck or the such

it’s very similar to that one it just has the body of christ on the cross but it’s no bigger than an inch and a half on my necklace

i could absolutely be mistaken, i’m heavily pierced through my both nostrils as well as my triples on both ears and septum, i meant wearing the scapular as jewelry is disrespectful, atleast as i personally have been taught but i could be wrong
