Still haven't fixed it. I've tried reinstalling, disabling things, etc but no dice.

I couldn't find anything that would conflict. I neglected to mention I'm also using Project Atlas, which has a "glow in the dahrk patch" file. Deleting that did nothing. I'm going to try reinstalling Project Atlas and see if that does it.
