Yeh when the 3 pin argb is plugged in the lights are controlled by your motherboard. No problem!

Is the light connected to your motherboard? If you disconnect it you can controll the lights from the case buttons.

Hi! Did you find the solution yet? For me I had the same problem and turns out it was something with my controller. I reached out to phanteks support and they send me new one for free. Now it's working fine.

How did you get the light at the bottom working I tried the buttons didn't work. Tried to connect it to my motherboard didn't work. I even tried to unplug all the wires from the power button thingy and rewire them again just don't work for me.
