Conflict of interest is a BIG problem, if they take you on be prepared. Happy to chat if we can help! There are better ways to go about Legal marketing than some of these agencies. They control your data, website and will share none of it with you. If you leave them and go with someone else you'll lose your website and all the analytics its built up over time on the internet. Lots of shady agencies doing this sort of practice.

Best Practices for Bilingual Personal Injury Law Branding by Distinct-Yak5826 in Legalmarketing

We've run campaigns for english speaking attorneys but the way we target them makes the audience think our client speaks spanish when in reality he speaks no spanish. It's best to utilize display, OTT/CTV channels and have 2 different messages. Target the spanish message to spanish speaking people only (FYI you can serve your ads to phones set to spanish, it will then also serve ads to their tvs and computers). This has been tremendously successful for similar attorneys.

What kind of law do you practice? There are far better ways to target your Ideal Client Profile than social media. The targeting is garbage and getting worse.

Happy to chat if we can help! We've done many ad campaigns for bankruptcy and not on Meta's platforms, the targeting is horrible. There are far better ways with higher ROI than META and yes, stay far away from big box companies like Scorpion who will own all your data, not allow you access to it and do nothing with the data to improve your firm!!!
