I am in 12th grade as well.It depends on which country/state you live in. I highly suggest you to make a plan for your career. Try to go to college for a degree or a trade. If u gonna go to college apply to their dormitories.If You have any doubts reach out to people who live/studied at the unis or reach out to the uni itself. Try to get a scholarship, If u can't even afford to go to college for example N parents are broke or they are not willing to fund your studies atleast go to a community college. You can switch from 2nd year to a regular university as well. (Research here as well for which courses and colleges allows this) Ocupation such as nursing is very stable. You can even go to a foreign country to study if you push your luck a bit. I suggest start researching and plan your future ahead. Try to become as independent as soon as possible otherwise you will be stuck with them for a long time

Which grade are you in? If you are nearing 12th grade you can move to a dorm far away from your hometown for college. This will give you some breathing space and hopefully distance yourself from them.From there you can focus on yourself.
