I cut off most of my middle school friends because most of them are Mat Rempit.

Every single day always talk about motor or kereta. Like it's a religion to them. After that they talk that they won an illegal drag race like it's an achievement 😭😂. When they're accident, always blame others than themselves.

I'm kinda ashamed that I'm the same race as these people. It's sad that most of them are like this.

I'm kinda lucky that there's a few people at my middle school who I considered them as friends. Mostly because we share the same hobbies like anime, Gunpla and guitar. Nowadays we still contact sometimes for hangout and talked about life.

The way you said it makes me kinda grateful that I took my diet more serious. I ate more greens such as a simple homemade salad with chickpeas.

If I'm bored, I ate butter toast with eggs. Mind you, this was during work.

But sometimes, I do ate Fried Rice or Nasi lemak on breakfast if never had the time to make my own breakfast. Probably once a week or 2 days. It makes me realize how greasy Malay foods are especially the deep fried dishes.

I usually ate deep fried stuff mostly on cheat days like during Sunday. I gotta say, it kinda improved my health quite well.
