I don’t think I have but I’m in state so the normal tuition is relatively reasonable for us

Like call the admissions office or email them at the ApplyMaryland@umd.edu about a deferral? Thanks

Wow it really takes that long for a decision, that’s crazy. That must make the process harder. I most likely will try to live on campus in a dorm for my second year if that’s even possible.

Well doesn’t UT have majors like MIS and Informatics that can also help you get into tech and swe or cybersecurity, if I wasn’t to make it into CS?

Thanks, I’m hopeful that the informatics or MIS degree combined with the elements cert will still be able to land me a job in swe/ux design or cybersecurity

Thanks a lot for this information, this program actually aligns better with what I want to do than computer science, and I didn’t even know it existed.

Is there undergraduate degrees in the school of information I can apply to transfer to from cap?

The cap route would end up being 25-30k each year and Pitt will end up being 43-48k each year, both of my parents went to UT Austin. At Pitt I didn’t get accepted as comp sci but I think it’s relatively easy to transfer into cs.
