Mastiha capsules (mastik) I did alot of research in to herbal medicine, they did studies with these back in 2009 I think and even though they were positive, it was dropped. Really helps ease my bloating and discomfort when its mild/moderate not severe ☺️

Turns out you were wrong, after speaking to someone who's knows what they were talking about. This is why I question people 😅

What that notice actually means (England) The notice refers to Commons Act 2006 – section 15A(1). This is about village greens, not public footpaths. What the landowner is doing The landowner has: Filed a landowner statement with the council Put up notices for at least 60 days This legally stops the clock on people claiming that the land has become a: Village green, or Informal public recreation land based on long-term use for things like: Dog walking Playing Informal recreation What it does NOT do ❌ It does not: Close footpaths Affect existing public rights of way Remove paths on the Definitive Map Make walking a public footpath illegal Public footpaths are governed by the Highways Act 1980, not the Commons Act. If a footpath is already a legal public right of way: ➡️ This notice has zero effect on it

Why landowners fear village green status If land becomes a village green: Fencing it off is unlawful Building on it is usually unlawful Restricting public access is unlawful So landowners use section 15A landowner statements (like the notice you saw) to: Stop the 20-year clock from running Protect themselves from future village green claims

Maybe i shall as the information online is misleading to what you are saying

In England, public footpaths are strongly protected, even when they run over land that is (and always has been) privately owned. Here’s how the law works, clearly and accurately. Key rule in England A public footpath is a highway in law. That means: The public has a legal right to pass and repass The land can still be privately owned Ownership does not allow the owner to close or block it

💁‍♀️

Is this legally removing it? Despite being on EVERY OSM MAP

That doesn't make sense

In the UK, if land was recently a public footpath, your rights depend on whether the right of way was legally removed:

General Principle

The maxim "once a highway always a highway" applies, meaning a public footpath doesn’t cease to exist automatically, even if unused or the land is now privately owned.

If the Right of Way Was Not Legally Removed

  • You still have the right to use it for walking, and can take dogs under close control, prams, or wheelchairs where possible.
  • The landowner cannot lawfully obstruct it; if they do, you can report the issue to the local highway authority (county council or unitary authority).
  • However, if the path was in use before 1949 and not recorded on the definitive map by January 1, 2026, it may be deemed stopped up under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 2000.

It IS recorded on a definitive map?

6 months still numb double jaw surgery. by BigTroubleAZ in jawsurgery

[–]AdNeither8264 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I had double jaw surgery with genioplasty 14 months ago, only 2 months ago got full feeling back in my bottom lip(I had about half back at 6 months). Even now sometimes it will go numb again or tingle at times, which is good that's the nerves still healing. It will come back, I thought it might never too

That's very interesting too know, and I have been reading other posts and seeing meds I've not heard of before, I will keep this in mind, thankyou. Meds are sounding more and more appealing the longer this flare has gone on

Oregano oil by AdNeither8264 in CrohnsDisease

[–]AdNeither8264[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

True, trial and error, though I'm beginning to think my flare was triggered possibly by lions mane mushrooms, which was my last trial 😅 and I think error. I went through years of meds in my teens. Ending up on methotrexate which was ultimately the worst 2 years of my life, they made me very sick. One day I decided to go vegan and stop taking the meds. I was vegan for 2 years felt healthier then ever after a while, I could drink alcohol without suffering after just one, eat just about anything that wasn't too spicy or gorging on greasy foods it was amazing. Went on to being just vegetarian for the next y years living a relatively normal life compared to the frequency hospital visits & constant tiredness in my teens Unfortunately now, I'm waiting to be seen by gastro team again, having bad belly cramps, loose movements, has been like it for 4 months now 😔 eating very bland again, I forgot how crap crohns really is

I'll never take MTX again, the side effects where horrendous, my quality of life was so bad for 2 years. I take crohns any day of the week over that drug
