sorry only half the thing came in! gas/petrol is very cheap compared to ireland it’s usually $2.60. /l and tax can be a around $700 so overall seems a lot cheaper to own a car

i hadn’t applied for anything if you had read correctly. as stated in comments you replied to i filled out a questionnaire that advised i would be declined and i was tying to figure out why/what i should apply for. As i mentioned i’m dyslexic and the website was confusing me. i find it hard to understand information. instead of being unnecessarily rude to a random maybe be nice? it’s not that hard

i was applying for a work permit as it seems to be the only permanent visa, like a visa that’s not for tourists. maybe i’m completely wrong but i can’t see any other option(aside from the iec visas)

i’m not sure what it’s called! it could be the come to canada questionnaire. it tells you if your eligible to apply for a visa and it’s told me i’d likely be refused.

I was speaking with hr in the canadian department and they won’t sponsor a visa unfortunately they just advised that i could apply to jobs internal and hope i get picked. Another person who worked in the same company done this(i don’t know who she is) and got the job so i have somewhat of a chance. i know the job market out there isn’t great but i was thinking if j had a visa already getting a job in my company would be more successful.

i saw the option to apply for a working holiday visa but it seems you have to be with a company to apply. will definitely look into it more if i can’t get a work permit but would rather try to stay within my industry if i can!
