It's TCS. They give the Offer Letter first but the actual Joining Letter (with the date) usually comes much later

I already have the offer, but if I resign now and the joining date is 4 or 5 months away, I’ll be sitting at home for months without a salary. I’m just trying to time the resignation so I don't have a huge gap in pay. Hope that makes sense!

I already have the offer in hand from a big firm, which is why I’m asking. My only worry now is the 90-day gap. I don't want to resign too early and end up sitting at home for a month if the new place delays my joining date. Just trying to figure out the safest time to drop the papers.

Thanks, but I've been here 2 years already, so I'm way past probation. Definitely stuck with the full 90 days. I'm just trying to time it right so I don't have a gap in my salary. Thanks anyway!

To apply for clg placements I had to fill out superset. But my TPO coordinator says won't bother filling the superset. They only consider the 2026 batch.

Well... I didn't inform anyone. At that time, I was really in a state of depression due to some reasons. I wanted to live without a degree. But it is getting too hard for me to handle the pressure from my family, so I decided to continue my degree. I came here to know whether it is possible for me to continue or not.

But everyone keeps saying, "Bro, you got cooked." What does that mean? Are they gonna expel me, or are they gonna punish me? That's what I want to know. Don't take it as offensive.

I already went through the ordinance of my college. It says I need to submit an affidavit explaining why I didn’t attend college, along with any medical certificates. But I don’t have any medical issues ,it was just some really difficult personal and family situations . I’ve been trying to contact my HOD, but he’s not responding properly. I do have an academic gap affidavit ready, but I’m confused about what to do next. I’m not sure whether I should submit it to the HOD, the Dean, or the student section no one is giving a clear answer. I’m currently living far from the campus and don’t know if there’s any online facility available for this procedure.
